Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication.
• Route requests to the appropriate department and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain and distribute the daily production schedule.
• Coordinate schedules for field supervisors, inspections, meetings, and visits.
• Dispatch drivers with daily pickup and delivery information.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.
• Identify gaps and improve office efficiency.
