Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial mowers, hand tools, and power equipment.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Pesticide applicator license a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain landscape beds through weeding, mulching, and pruning shrubs and hedges
• Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed
• Assist with seasonal landscape enhancements and plant installations
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and meet quality standards upon completion
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on daily tasks
