Job description

We are looking to hire a career driven individual to join our experienced and professional team as a Landscaping Maintenance in Williston, ND. This position is hourly and comes with great benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, and 401K contributions.

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Hours: 40 + hours a week (weekdays and weekends)

Summary

The Landscaping Maintenance reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and takes care of the Company's properties/activities as assigned.

Duties

Overall supervision of anything landscaping related, Examples:

• Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and trim lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers.
• Garden Maintenance: Weed, prune shrubs, trim trees, and deadhead flowers to promote healthy growth and neat aesthetics.
• Seasonal Cleanups: Rake leaves, clear debris, and perform seasonal property cleanups.
• Planting & Mulching: Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees; spread mulch, fertilizer, and topsoil as directed.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools (e.g., leaf blowers, edgers, aerators, and chainsaws).
• Site Management: Haul debris, load/unload equipment, and maintain a safe, clean job site.
• Winter Services: (For cold-weather locations like North Dakota) Shovel snow, clear walkways, and apply salt/sand for ice control.
