Job description

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman who is interested in moving up to a Project Manager in the near future. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in various landscaping tasks, including planting, sprinkler install, excavator operation, track loader operation, sod install, paver install, concrete prep, water feature install, and is prepared to lead projects and guide a team from day 1.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality landscaping projects from start to finish.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in planning and implementing landscaping designs.
• Train and lead crew members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Assist project manager in scheduling, ordering materials, and managing project timelines.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential landscaping.
• Demonstrated experience with landscaping tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of sprinkler systems, ability to layout and install new systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
