Position Overview

We are hiring a Landscaping Driver/Crew Member to help transport crews, tools, and materials to job sites while assisting with landscaping and outdoor construction work.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating trucks and trailers, and being part of a hardworking crew that builds beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to transport crews, tools, and materials to job sites
• Load and unload landscaping equipment and materials each day
• Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections to ensure safe operation
• Assist with landscaping and installation work including mulch, plants, sod, gravel, and hardscape materials
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Follow directions from the Foreman, Project Manager, and General Manager
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and working in neighborhoods

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving trucks and pulling trailers (equipment trailers preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Landscaping or construction experience
• Experience operating trailers or small equipment
• Experience working on outdoor construction crews

Pay & Benefits

• $18 – $22 per hour, depending on experience
