What You’ll Bring

A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor construction (previous experience with hardscaping is required).

Ability to work with hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, mowers, and other landscaping equipment.

Physical stamina to lift 40+ pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Assist in the construction and installation of hardscapes, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.

Maintain and operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.

Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and to high standards.

Help with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to ensure job sites remain organized and safe.

Maintain quality and safety in all aspects of your work.

Interact with customers professionally and represent the company’s values on-site.
