What You’ll Bring

• A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor construction (previous experience with hardscaping is required).
• Ability to work with hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, mowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Physical stamina to lift 40+ pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the construction and installation of hardscapes, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Maintain and operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• Help with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to ensure job sites remain organized and safe.
• Maintain quality and safety in all aspects of your work.
• Interact with customers professionally and represent the company’s values on-site.
