$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr
At BrightView, we build and maintain the best teams. We are seeking a Crew Leader for our Portage Branch to lead a team while servicing sites throughout Portage/Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a Landscaping Crew Leader/Foreman. Candidates with MDARD licenses and Hardscapes experience will be prioritized.
Starting pay is $17 per hour and may increase based on experience and certifications/licenses.
Note: Applications without Landscaping Crew Leader experience or a resume will be rejected.
Lead and manage 2-5 team members, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in tasks such as landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.
Equivalent experience in landscape-related fields and leadership roles.
