Role Overview

As a Crew Leader, you will lead a team of 2-5 members, overseeing tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and supportive services. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations, managing crew performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.
