Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must wear PPE and maintain safety standards.
• Experience supervising a small crew preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.
• Ensuring quality control and project standards.
• Training and supervising crew members.
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Equipment operation and upkeep; maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
