This position requires a driver’s license and may require a Commercial Driver’s License (Chauffeur’s license/For Hire License).

The starting or minimum pay rate for this role is $19 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and certifications/licenses.

Here’s what you’d do:

You’d demonstrate leadership by directing 2-5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews across various service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You’d be responsible for:

• Performance & Quality: Overseeing daily site operations, delegating work, maintaining schedules, and identifying efficiencies.
• Client Satisfaction: Addressing client concerns proactively and collaborating with the Production Manager for resolutions.
• Crew Management: Providing feedback, assisting in training and development, and managing crew time logs.
• Safety: Ensuring safe work practices, equipment maintenance, and proper logging.
