Position Requirements

This position requires a Driver's license and may require a Commercial driver's license (Chauffeur's license/For Hire License).

Compensation

The starting or minimum rate of pay for this role is $19 per hour and will increase based on related work experience and certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’d do:

You’d utilize your leadership skills to direct the work of 2-5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews across various service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Key Duties

1. Performance & Quality:
   • Oversee daily site operations and delegate work to crew members.
   • Maintain schedules and ensure service expectations are met.
   • Identify and implement more efficient ways to perform work.
2. Client Satisfaction:
   • Address client concerns proactively and escalate to the Production Manager as needed.
3. Crew Management:
   • Provide feedback on crew members to the Production Manager.
   • Assist in training and developing crew members.
   • Accurately submit crew time logs.
4. Safety:
   • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
   • Maintain equipment in good working order and perform preventative maintenance.
   • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
