We are looking for a Crew Leader who can lead a team of 2-5 members, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our landscape services, including maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.

Responsibilities

• Performance & Quality: Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, maintain schedules, and improve work processes.
• Client Satisfaction: Address client concerns and collaborate with the Production Manager for resolutions.
• Crew Management: Provide feedback, assist in training, and manage crew time logs.
• Safety: Enforce safety policies, maintain equipment, and log maintenance.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in landscape-related fields or equivalent.
