Rate of Pay: The pay depends on your previous work experience and certifications/licenses. The starting range is $18 - $22 per hour.

Here’s what you’d do:

You would lead a team of 2-5 members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee various service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performance & Quality:
   • Oversee daily site operations and delegate work
   • Maintain schedules and meet service expectations
   • Identify more efficient work methods
2. Client Satisfaction:
   • Address client concerns with the Production Manager and help resolve issues
3. Crew Management:
   • Provide feedback on crew members to the Production Manager
   • Assist in training and developing crew members
   • Submit accurate crew time logs
4. Safety:
   • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with policies
   • Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance
   • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
