Job summary

North County Landscape Co. in Washington state is seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to guide a 2–4 person crew in delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.

You will perform maintenance tasks, lead enhancement projects such as bark installations and planting, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and productivity standards while training crew members on proper techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscape or lawn maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience operating landscape equipment.
• Knowledge of pruning and plant care.
• Valid Washington Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Reliable, positive leader with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work.
• Must be at least 22 years old to drive company vehicles, as required by our commercial vehicle insurance.

We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to lead a crew while delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.
