Job summary

North County Landscape Co. in Whatcom County, WA is seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to guide a 2–4 person crew in residential and commercial projects. You will oversee pruning, edging, planting, and enhancement work while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site.

You will operate and train crew members on landscape equipment, report issues, and help with daily cleanup. A valid Washington driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscape or lawn maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience operating landscape equipment.
• Knowledge of pruning and plant care.
• Valid Washington Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Must be at least 22 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work.

We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in landscape maintenance, lawn maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects. We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to lead a crew while delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.

Pay & Benefits
