Job Overview

Landscapers. 16 temporary/full‑time positions with Rob Cronin, Inc. DBA C&R Landscape Development from 10/1/2026 - 12/15/2026.

Responsibilities

• Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Tasks may include lay sod, mulch, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, and rake.
• Provide incidentals between sites; free daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pick‑up location.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage rate no less than $18.69 per hour; overtime $28.04 per hour.
• Pay period bi‑weekly, paid by check on Wednesdays.
• Standard work schedule Monday‑Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; up to 40 hrs/week, possibly more depending on weather.
• Employer provides tools, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Employer covers all government‑mandated and visa‑related fees; reimburses travel costs for non‑local workers.
• Travel reimbursement for inbound travel at the 50% point in the contract for non‑local workers; outbound travel costs paid upon contract completion or early dismissal.
• Reimbursement based on least‑cost common carrier rate and daily meal subsistence ($16.78 without receipts; $68/day max with receipts) and lodging ($110/day max).
• Employer guarantees at least three‑quarters of workdays in each 6‑week period of the contract.
• Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to outbound travel reimbursement or the guaranteed hours.
• Payroll deductions required by law; voluntary deductions must be pre‑authorized in writing.

Job Location

667 US Route 30, Imperial, PA 15126 and multiple worksites within Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington counties (PA) and Brooke (WV).
