Rich's Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our growing team in Bucks County, PA. This hands-on outdoor role involves transforming properties with hardscape and landscape features that clients will love.

Responsibilities include installing patios, walkways, walls, plantings, and lawn maintenance, while safely operating equipment. A reliable, team-oriented professional with a valid driver’s license is preferred.

About the Role

Rich's Landscaping Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our growing team in Pipersville, PA! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you\'ll help transform properties into beautiful, lasting spaces that clients love. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers


• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, and lawn maintenance


• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently


• Prepare and grade job sites for hardscape and landscape installations


• Follow project plans and work alongside crew members to meet deadlines


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times


• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on-site

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related outdoor trade preferred


• Familiarity with paver installation, retaining walls, and/or natural stone work is a plus


• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, plate compactors, and hand tools


• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions


• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player


• Valid driver\'s license preferred


• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
