Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred.
• Familiarity with paver installation and retaining walls is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, and lawn maintenance.
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and grade job sites for hardscape and landscape installations.
• Follow project plans and work alongside crew members to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on-site.
