BrightView Landscapes in Hamilton Township, NJ seeks a Landscaper to maintain and beautify commercial and public properties. You’ll operate commercial landscape equipment, care for plant material, and help create welcoming outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Able to safely operate power landscaping equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for BrightView fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf, trim borders, edge borders, and blow with power equipment.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to improve growth or remove damaged branches.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds, apply mulch.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Weed by hand or with a hoe or hulaho e.
• Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor with guests and customers.

Here’s What You’d Do

You’d create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties.You’d safely operate commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.

You’d Be Responsible For

• Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damagedbranches
• Planting and maintaining flowerbeds, and applying mulch
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hulahoe
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests andcustomers

You Might Be a Good Fit If

• You’re at least 18 years old
• You’re enthusiastic and dependable
• You’re able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters
• Landscapers who will be operating a BrightView fleet vehicle are required to have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation Pay Range

$17 - $20 pay range

BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members. Benefits offerings for full-time team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance, ancillary and voluntary products, a 401k savings plan with employer contributions, and 6 to 9 company paid holidays per year. Employees may also be eligible to receive paid time off for vacation and/or sick leave, tuition reimbursement, and/or potential variable pay opportunities based on position and performance. A detailed benefits package will be provided during the interview process.
