The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Landscaper to join our on-site team in Wilmington, DE. You will plan and execute landscaping operations, maintain grounds for residential, governmental or business properties, and work outdoors daily.

This permanent, full-time role offers hands-on training, safety gear and equipment provided, plus benefits such as paid time off, holidays and health plan. Opportunities for advancement remain available within a supportive team.

Position Overview

Plans and executes landscaping operations and maintains grounds and landscape of private, governmental or business residences by performing the following duties.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Cultivate your green career with us!
• Enhance the appearance and value of properties through execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance.
• Properly plant, trim, mo w, weed, mulch, fertilize and so much more.
• Learn to diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental turf and shrub conditions.
• Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs.
• Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment.
