Job summary

Talking Rock Club in Prescott, AZ is seeking a full-time Landscaper to maintain the resort's grounds and contribute to a hospitality-focused property managed by Troon.

The ideal candidate will have prior landscaping experience, be a self-starter who can work independently, and hold a valid driver's license; duties include soil preparation, planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation, and upkeep of common areas while applying safe work practices.

• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
• Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.

• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains landscape through mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
• Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the resort.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Landscaper:

• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
• Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains landscape through the application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
• Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the resort.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Landscaper:

• Prior landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be self-starter and willing to work independently.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
