Details

• Seasonal role until December at KAT Wholesale in Olathe, Kansas.
• Hourly Range: $18.00-$22.00 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Customers: Greet and guide customers in the yard, helping them find products.
2. Yard Merchandising: Maintain attractive displays of landscape materials.
3. Product Questions: Engage with customers about plants and outdoor materials.
4. Pull & Load Orders: Gather and load items into vehicles accurately.
5. Work Safely: Follow safety guidelines when handling materials and equipment.

Essential Job Duties

1. Assist customers by understanding their project needs.
2. Process daily transactions and orders.
3. Recommend suitable green and hard goods.
4. Walk customers through the yard, explaining product features.
5. Answer questions about pricing and availability.
6. Organize and move products neatly.
7. Operate equipment safely.
8. Ensure proper loading and safety procedures.
9. Maintain a clean work area and follow safety policies.
