Qualifications

• Proven experience leading landscape maintenance, erosion control, or environmental construction crews.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Mastery in truck and trailer maneuvering, including backing and load securement.
• Willingness to travel ~70% of the time, with nights away from home.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform demanding outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supervise and motivate a field team of 2 to 10 technicians while enforcing productivity, quality, and OSHA safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading landscape maintenance, erosion control, or environmental construction field crews.
• Valid driver's license paired with a clean driving record that meets corporate vehicle insurance parameters.
• Mastery in maneuvering truck and trailer combinations, including complex backing, parking, and interstate load securement.
• Total willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, including spending multiple consecutive nights away from home.
• Physical capacity to execute demanding outdoor field tasks and routinely lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 or more years of direct experience with commercial stormwater BMPs, sediment control, and vegetation management.
• Active First Aid and CPR certifications.
