Job summary

OceanView at Falmouth, a 21st‑century retirement community, is hiring a Landscape Technician to maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees, and grounds with pride.

This full‑time, Monday–Friday role (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) includes snow removal, on‑call rotation, and opportunities to work with a professional team. You’ll use mowers, trimmers, and other equipment while upholding OSHA standards and providing excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year landscaping or maintenance experience.
• Comfort operating power equipment safely and performing minor repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs with mowing, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanup.
• Perform snow removal duties including shoveling and plowing support.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and snow blowers.
• Apply treatments to weeds and trees as needed.
• Install and repair fencing and perform routine building maintenance.
