Job summary

Tzadik Management is seeking a Landscape Technician II to meticulously upkeep our property's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots across communities. The role requires pride in quality workmanship and collaboration with teammates.

Responsibilities include plantings, lawn and snow care, seasonal garden upkeep, and safe operation of company vehicles. Compensation is hourly with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of snow removal and lawn care experience.
• Proven experience operating mechanical equipment (snow blowers, mowers, etc.).
• Understanding of safety practices when operating equipment.
• Experience in planting practices.

Responsibilities

• Plant landscaping materials.
• Lawn care as assigned.
• Snow shoveling as assigned.
• Maintain seasonal gardens, weeding, fertilizing, watering, pest control.
• Safely operate company vehicles for tasks.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Community manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plant various landscaping materials.
• Lawn care as assigned.
• Snow shoveling as assigned.
• Maintain seasonal gardens/arrangements including weeding, fertilizing, deadheading, watering, and pest control.
• Safely and effectively operate company-owned vehicles, with the exception of trailers, needed for completion of certain tasks.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Community manager on assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist with the training of Landscape Tech I personnel.
• Snow removal/lawn care including the use of push mowers and snow blowers.
• Lawn care includes grass trimming using gas powered trimmer.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of snow removal and lawn care experience is required.
• Proven experience in the operation of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to snow blowers, push mowers, and other related equipment.
• Understanding of safety practices when operating equipment.
• Experience in common planting practices.
• Valid Driver’s License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (completing lawn care and snow removal at different Tzadik properties).
