No prior experience required; comprehensive hands-on training and a supportive team environment foster skill growth and reliability. You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching; plant flowers and trees; assist with irrigation checks; and operate basic hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, team oriented, and eager to learn.
• Capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.
• No prior landscaping experience required; mowing/edging experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial lawns and landscape beds by mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance client properties.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep outdoor spaces neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Safely operate landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws.
• Work with teammates to complete daily tasks efficiently, safely, and to client expectations in varying weather conditions.
