Job summary

GardenKeep in Northborough, MA is seeking a part-time Landscape Gardener to maintain client properties, including care of annuals and perennials, pruning shrubs, and assisting with install work as needed.

You will work with Liz and the crew, source plants at nurseries, and travel to sites; physical fitness and weather tolerance are essential. A valid driver's license and dependable hours are required for advancement.

• Routine maintenance at client sites including caring for annuals, perennials, and pruning shrubs for health and beauty.
• Sourcing plants at nurseries and transporting/delivering to client sites; watering and plant care in beds.
• Be part of maintenance/installation crew; assist and collaborate with other team members as needed.
• Think proactively to anticipate issues and solve problems.

Landscape Gardener - Part Time

GardenKeep is a landscape design, installation and maintenance company. We are based in Northborough and service Northborough and surrounding towns. Using our creativity and expertise we customize the landscape projects and maintenance work to each client's preferences for their landscape.

Working with Liz the owner and also independently job description includes:

• Routine maintenance at client sites including caring for annuals, perennials, and pruning shrubs for health and beauty
• Sourcing plants at the nurseries, also transport and deliver to client sites. Watering at client sites, plant containers, perennials and shrubs in beds, be part of maintenance/installation crew as needed
• Assist and collaborate with other team members to work get work done
• Thinking proactively to anticipate issues and solve problems

We expect all applicants to:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be dependable for the hours you agree to work
• Landscape or Gardening experience
• Be physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions
• Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner in keeping with our company policies
