Build your landscaping skills with a supportive team in Robinson Township, PA. As a Landscape Team Member, you will help maintain and enhance commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces through mowing, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. This physically active, outdoor role offers hands‑on experience, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop your skills in a team environment that values safety and employee growth. Previous landscaping experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes by mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep client properties tidy and visually appealing.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Use landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws, safely.
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently, follow safety practices, and meet client expectations in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active work, including lifting and moving landscaping equipment and materials.

Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
