As a Landscape Team Member, you will work outdoors with a team to care for lawns, plant flowers and shrubs, and complete seasonal cleanups. No prior landscaping experience is required. Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial lawns and landscape beds through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to improve client properties.
• Complete seasonal cleanups to keep outdoor spaces neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Safely use landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws.
• Work with the team to complete daily tasks efficiently, safely, and to client expectations in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic, a team-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable performing physically active outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including lifting and moving landscaping equipment and materials as needed.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.
• Landscaping experience, such as mowing, edging, pruning, or trimming, is welcome but not required.

Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
