Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Robinson Township, PA is seeking a Landscape Team Leader - Mulching/Bark Truck Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance, lead a crew of 2-3, and ensure high service standards while working with bark blowers and related equipment.

You will report to the Operations Manager, coordinate with clients, and maintain safety and environmental guidelines while performing mowing, mulching, and other landscape tasks to enhance curb appeal and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mowing or landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a DOT card.
• Proficiency operating landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to commute to Robinson Township, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2-3 and delegate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Operate bark blowers and perform mulching on large landscapes.
• Perform mowing, edging, and trimming to keep properties neat.
• Identify and control weeds, pests, and diseases; apply treatments as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety/environmental guidelines.
• Communicate with clients and team to meet expectations and address issues.
• Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with the team.
