The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and resources on busy job sites in Georgia. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with hour-based pay and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions are essential.
• Experience leading a crew or team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily landscape enhancement and installation work.
• Ensure safety procedures, PPE, and transportation regulations are followed.
• Communicate daily job expectations and maintain crew productivity.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and complete daily walkthroughs.
• Oversee use and care of tools, equipment, trucks and trailers.
• Complete time entry and work order documentation.
• Report jobsite issues to leadership and clients as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications
