The role requires prior landscape maintenance experience, strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to train field staff and coordinate with the Manager to meet production schedules; competitive benefits offered.

• Ability to direct and participate in grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in all aspects of landscape maintenance.
• Oversees all landscape maintenance crews.
• Directs and supervises landscape staff to ensure a high level of quality service.
• Assists crew members daily.
• Conducts training for field staff on maintenance equipment and techniques.
• Attends walkthroughs with foremen and the Manager.
• Schedules labor, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintains quality control with a focus on bed maintenance.
• Responds to homeowner complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Reports on issues with personnel, equipment, and homeowners to the Manager.
• Maintains adequate supply levels to avoid interruptions.
• Ensures safety policies are followed.
• Investigates accidents and safety violations with the Manager; takes corrective action.
• Evaluates and advises homeowners on plant disease and soil problems.
• Maintains housekeeping of assets in field, vehicles, yard and sites.
• Performs other duties as required.
