Job summary

City of Kerrville, Texas seeks a Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor for Scott Schreiner Golf Course. Responsible to the Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent, you will assist with customer service, public relations, safety, and implement maintenance duties to ensure high-quality course conditions.

You will supervise Equipment Operator and Maintenance Worker staff and volunteers, mow, landscape, maintain irrigation, and support preventative maintenance and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least one year of general maintenance experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License required.
• Pesticide license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work crews.
• Mows, trims, landscapes, and performs general building maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Oversees custodial operations.
• Maintains irrigation systems and equipment.
• Assists superintendent with preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
