Qualifications

• 5 years of landscape experience with a verified company
• Valid driver's license; DOT license a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality control through property inspections, site visits, and client meetings
• Supervise, train, and evaluate crew members
• Enforce safety guidelines and PPE usage; lead safety meetings
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leaders
• Help team achieve quality, growth, and profitability targets
• Maintain knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
• Demonstrate strong organization and reporting skills
• Lead daily crew activities to stay on budget and schedule
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Demonstrate reliability and teamwork
