Supervises a landscape maintenance crew for a specific area of campus. Performs other duties as assigned. **Job Duties**:35% Scheduling and Grounds Keeping Management:Schedules and directs grounds-keeping activities for a particular outlined area of campus. Prioritize the use of assigned equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive use. Inspect entire assigned area weekly to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing and to help prioritize staff's weekly schedules. Reads, understands, and implements landscape plans on site. Implement weather related campus clearing and cleanup plans whenever necessary. 25% Personal Management:Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, and directs staff. Completes fair Employee Performance Management System planning stages and evaluations. investigates irregularities and policy violations and takes corrective action.
