Job summary

The Dreamscapes is expanding its sales team in Acworth, GA, seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow commercial and residential landscape contracts. You will qualify leads, present our value, and cultivate relationships with customers and internal teams to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include developing project estimates, producing landscape designs, and delivering clear proposals. A proactive, independent worker with familiarity in MS Office and CRM will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience selling and estimating maintenance and project contracts, service agreements, or other intangible services.
• Landscape industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Able to work independently and clearly communicate our services to overcome objections.
• Energetic, motivated, and driven to develop business in a growing industry.
• Able to collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers.
• Extensive knowledge of site analysis, plant and hardscape design, construction methods, and grading.
• Meet sale targets at the end of month and year.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, qualify customers, develop new business from cold calls and referrals, and sell landscape services.
• Qualify sales leads, present effectively, and manage customer relationships through a defined process.
• Maintain rapport with field, office, and management to resolve problems and maximize profits.
• Prepare reports, proposals, agreements, and other paperwork; track delays and changes.
• Produce landscape designs, including elevation drawings.
