Job summary

Scot Eckley Inc. in Seattle seeks a Landscape Project Manager-Construction Operations to lead construction operations, manage one crew's scope, budget, schedule, and client communication, and drive collaboration across design, estimating, and build.

You will develop people, hire and train Build Team Leaders, and maintain a rolling 10-day schedule while coordinating with design, estimating, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape construction experience and leadership of field teams.
• Experience managing multiple high-end residential landscape projects.
• Ability to read construction documents and manage budgets.
• Experience coordinating operations across several crews.
• Strong financial fluency and margin protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for the construction division and coordinate schedules across three crews.
• Own scope, budget, schedule, and client communication for projects.
• Develop and coach Build Team Leaders and crew members.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, suppliers, and permits.
