W3Global is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple landscaping projects and field operations. The role connects design, sales, and production while ensuring quality, scheduling, safety, and profitability.

The position is based in Oregon City, OR, and is a full-time onsite role requiring strong leadership, planning, and execution skills across crews, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of landscape project management experience.
• Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape construction.
• Experience leading field crews and maintaining team accountability.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple enhancement, hardscape, and installation crews.
• Procure and coordinate plant materials, aggregates, hardscape materials, and equipment.
• Read and execute landscape plans, grading layouts, and irrigation schematics.
• Source, coordinate, and oversee specialty subcontractors.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, budgets, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, sales teams, and crews on schedules, change orders, and handoffs.
• Enforce safety procedures, permits, environmental requirements, and local building codes.
