Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape and/or construction experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and following plans.
• Experience leading teams of 2–5 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a crew of 2-3 team members on landscape construction projects.
• Plan and organize daily and weekly project activities to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret designer blueprint plans to ensure accurate project execution.
• Install retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, pavers, sod, plants, and related features.
• Track job progress and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure job quality and satisfaction.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers (experience is a plus).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape and/or construction work
• Previous experience installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, and plants
• Experience leading teams of 2-5 people
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and follow blueprint plans
• Experience operating skid steers is a plus
