Job summary

Terry's Landscape LLC in Katy, TX is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead landscape crews in daily operations, ensuring schedules, priorities, and client standards are met. You will monitor progress, coach team members, and enforce safety policies while coordinating labor, equipment, and materials across multiple sites.

• Bilingual English/Spanish (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support landscape crews in daily execution.
• Ensure crews understand schedules, priorities, and expectations.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality throughout the day.
• Coordinate maintenance, irrigation, and installation work to standards.
• Coach crew leaders on procedures, safety, and PPE usage.
• Report production results and needs to the Production Manager.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
