Santa Rita Landscaping is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews, ensure high-quality, profitable work, and uphold safety standards. You will monitor labor budgets and coordinate with account managers to meet client expectations while preparing resources for upcoming jobs.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in commercial landscaping at foreman level or higher; a horticulture degree is preferred but not required, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in commercial landscaping at foreman level or higher.
• Degree in horticulture or related field preferred but not required.
• Spanish language familiarity preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safety practices for crews, the public and environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs for quality and profitability.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies.
• Apply landscape maintenance knowledge to boost branch success.
• Control labor costs and manage materials used on jobs.
• Coordinate with Crew Leads and Account Managers on client expectations.
• Schedule work in Aspire for efficient crew routing.
• Approve daily crew time and ensure paperwork flow.
