Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking a Landscape Production Manager to lead our Commercial Landscape Maintenance team in Florida. You will plan, schedule, and direct crews and resources to deliver high-quality, cost-effective landscape services for HOA portfolios and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensuring safety, training, and compliance; and supporting Account Managers with service delivery and budgeting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing landscaping crews.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Commitment to safety standards and training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews and schedule tasks to meet client needs.
• Oversee all landscape services, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties and develop actionable plans for service.
• Monitor irrigation and diagnose issues; communicate repairs.
• Maintain safety policies, equipment upkeep, and paperwork.
