Job summary

The Lewis Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a landscaper foreman to lead install crews and ensure quality standards across projects. You will prioritize tasks, assign work, procure materials, file work orders, and maintain project records while collaborating with management to schedule work.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience overseeing installation crews
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand specs
• Strong time management and ability to meet daily deadlines
• Good communication skills with management and contractors
• Spanish language is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Prioritize projects and assign tasks to crew members
• Procure materials and file work orders; maintain records
• Lead planting, pruning, mowing and lawn care tasks
• Drive and maintain company vehicles; operate landscaping equipment
• Ensure safety and provide hands-on leadership
• Create and adjust work schedules with General Manager
• Perform snow removal and salt spreading when needed
• Other duties as assigned
