Job summary

The Pattie Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to lead the Landscape Management Division.

You will direct daily, weekly, and monthly operations, oversee maintenance crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and drive efficiency and profitability through strong supervision and hands-on training. In this role you will route staffing, monitor job progress, manage safety, and participate in meetings with Garden and Property Managers.

Qualifications

• Education: 2- or 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years leading Landscape Management Operations; 5+ years field execution experience.
• Knowledge: broad knowledge of landscape maintenance from service execution to equipment.
• Physical: ability to lift 50 lbs, withstand extreme weather.
• Skills: leadership/management, mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation knowledge, CRM/estimating software.
• Certifications: all major certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route maintenance staff daily and weekly with 90-95% billable hours target.
• Check crew work and properties for quality of workmanship.
• Track daily P&L, attendance, hours, vacations; review GPS driving reports.
• Participate in evaluations, performance improvements, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead daily maintenance meetings and track progress and tasks.
• Support Garden & Property Managers meetings and address issues.
• Run weekly safety meetings and manage supply stocks and orders.
