Job summary

DynaServ, a Monarch Landscape Company, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily site operations across a defined territory in Florida. You will ensure high‑quality service to clients, drive crew productivity, and maintain safety standards while managing client relationships and workforce performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience, and applicable licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or landscape fields.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience required.
• Licenses or certifications such as pesticide and CLT preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues and resolve needs.
• Conduct walkthroughs with client and company representative as appropriate.
• Schedule and direct field staff to meet contract specs, budget and schedule.
• Communicate tasks clearly to production teams for consistent quality.
• Monitor labor needs and adjust workforce accordingly.
• Lead, motivate, and develop employees; recognize achievements.
• Review timecards for accurate payroll submission.
• Analyze cost reports and budget variances for contracts.
• Oversee safety training and site safety compliance.
• Collaborate on minor enhancements and manage client expectations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture preferred

At least 7 years related work experience

Valid driver license

Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, or ability to obtain within 1 year

Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or ability to obtain within 1 year
