• Experience leading field operations and teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Three years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safety - Enforce all safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
• Lead and optimize daily crew performance to meet quality standards.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff; manage training programs.
• Oversee dispatch, equipment allocation, and resource planning.
