Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead 4–6 landscape crews, ensure quality service, and drive safe, efficient operations. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees winter snow events and summer field operations.

Key focus areas include team development, planning, safety, and resource management, with a commitment to company values and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising production crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and development.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prepare daily operations.
• Commitment to quality standards, safety, and accountability.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Landscape industry experience preferred but not required.
• Embody core values: Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability, Achievement.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn company software.
