Job summary

Green Summit Landscape Management LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape maintenance, irrigation, spray, and install operations for a defined book of business. This role reports to the F.O.M. and requires managing a 2-4 person team across field projects.

The Crew Leader will ensure quality workmanship, meet daily schedules, train crew members weekly, and uphold safety standards while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small landscape/maintenance crew.
• Strong communication with clients and crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-4 person crew and coordinate day-to-day field tasks.
• Oversee quality control on maintenance and irrigation work.
• Meet daily route and project requirements for contracted accounts.
• Train crews weekly to meet company standards.
• Maintain safety and proper operation of equipment on site.
• Coordinate with Client Relationship Manager on site visits.
