Prestige Pro Lawn Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Lawn & Landscape Technician to maintain residential, commercial, and HOA properties.

You will perform routine landscape maintenance, operate landscaping equipment, and ensure properties meet Prestige standards. Essential duties include mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control, as well as assisting with landscape installations, basic irrigation checks, and maintaining safety practices while delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lawn or landscape experience.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in Florida weather.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow designated service areas.
• Trim shrubs, hedges, groundcover, and small ornamental plants using proper practices.
• Remove weeds from landscape beds, sidewalks, curbing, and paver areas.
• Assist with landscape installations including mulch, plants, sod, and clean-ups.
• Perform basic irrigation inspections and report issues to management.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials daily.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Report any damaged equipment or safety hazards promptly.

Prestige Pro Lawn Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn & Landscape Technician to assist with the maintenance and enhancement of residential, commercial, and HOA properties. This position is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance, operating landscaping equipment safely, and ensuring all assigned properties are maintained to Prestige standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow off designated service areas
• Trim shrubs, hedges, groundcover, and small ornamental plants using horticulturally correct practices
• Remove weeds from landscape beds, sidewalks, curbing, and paver areas
• Assist with landscape installations including mulch, plants, sod, and clean-ups
• Perform basic irrigation inspections and report issues to management
• Pick up trash and small debris prior to servicing properties
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials daily
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Report damaged equipment, property concerns, or safety hazards immediately

Work Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Typical start time: 6:00 AM until route completion
• Sundays may occasionally be used for weather-related make-up days

Work Environment
